Special bridges and overpasses have been built around the world to accommodate the natural movement of animals that have been interrupted by our road systems. These structures keep to keep the animals safe and unrestricted and the roads free of hazards. Some of the designs are not only functional, but downright beautiful! Shown is a overpass planned for the highway by Keechelus Lake in Washington state. Link -Thanks, Bosko!

Uh...because animals know to look up this 60-ft wide pass along a habitat range of a few hundred miles on Google Maps? Do they follow the road until they get to this overpass or just turn around? My money's on the second.
