We received a request from Tunisio Alves Filho in Brazil, who says:
Over the past 364 days I've been working on a photography project called "One Lighthouse, 365 Clicks" where I've been photographing a lighthouse (this one - which happens to be the first lighthouse to be built in all the Americas) and posting a new pic everyday on the project´s website: www.alvesfilho.com/365
Everything was going fine, people were following and sharing, nice feedback was coming, and the project even hit the news in a few respected media sources. Great!
It happens that today, D-day, day 365, the day that my website visitors have been waiting for, I find out that my hosting server is hit by a power failure (link) and my website goes down and there´s no Click 365 to show!
So, I've talked to host server but nothing have been fixed yet and it seems like It won´t be fixed by the end of the day...
So I thought, maybe Neatorama can save my day (even better: save my year!) and publish my last photo I've been owing visitors all over the world.
What can I say? The photograph is beautiful, even if we can't see the entire story leading up to it. But maybe when the server is back up, those who haven't been following along all this time can see the rest of the pictures. Click on the picture to see the full-size version.
Glad to help out, Tunisio!
