Don't you hate it when the frame is the best part of a framed piece of art? Artist Taylor Holland clearly knows that feel, so he decided to cut out the paint on canvas element and make the frame the focus of each piece.
His works look as if the frame has continued to grow towards the center in order to fill the empty space, and the central detail of each piece was created using digital manipulation.
However, Taylor is currently working to bring these pieces to life by using molds to cast the central elements, which is exactly what they need if they're ever going to look as cool in person.
