It's summer time, and that means new deep-fried fair fare from “Chicken” Charlie Boghosian, who brought us Deep-Fried Kool-Ade last year. At the San Diego County Fair going on now, Chicken Charlie's is offering Deep-Fried Breakfast Cereal.
