Military tanks can cost millions of dollars, but when they are obsolete and start to rust, what do you do? Repairing, refurbishing, or even hauling them away can cost a pretty penny. In the city of Omsk, a Russian military center, old tanks have been made into children's playground equipment. Admit it, when you were a kid, you'd kill to be able to climb on something like this! So glad they never got rid of that tank. When I tour the old neighborhood, its brings back a lot of memories.
Also had a fire engine from the 20's in a different park. I haven't been back there in 30 years don't know if they are still around, probably not.
