I suspect that's a photoshop (or graffiti) of a place called "heroes pizza". There's a cafe in Oxford (UK) with that name that regularly gets its signs amended by students.

Herpes come from the Greek, meaning "to creep". I would have said this was fake, as well.

The sign's font and little "Hot and Fresh" bubble before it is from a Canadian chain called "pizza pizza"... either somebody just wanted to copy the brand... didn't want to fully change the sign, or... like other mentions, the ol' photoshop trickery.
