Insurance Scam Caught on a Dashboard Camera

Remember the scammers who reversed their car into another? A similar thief is at work here. He walks into a stopped car, then acts like the car hit him. Watch until the end, when you see him nurse a leg, feigning injury -- and it's the wrong leg!

I think I'll stick an old calculator with altered buttons on my dashboard and just pretend that it's a camera if this ever happens to me.

That seemed staged. Just wondering what the odds are that someone would have a dashboard camera and this would happen to them. Or are they that common? Or are scammers that common?

A camera is a good idea, but knowing how many GPS units get stolen, I'm not so sure I'd want one.

i was just getting ready to say the same thing. they are not all that expensive.
