To celebrate the USA's bicentennial in 1976, ARCO asked people to predict what the world would be like in the year 2076. I don't think a robot could run for President. Presidents must be born in the U.S., and that robot would probably be manufactured in China.

This kid was quite the fan of the LOST IN SPACE robot, he's even got those asymmetrical sensors coming out of the neck.
