Cow eyes are a great convenience food. Like pizza rolls or jalapeno poppers, you can just microwave a few when you want a snack. They were among the exotic dishes served at the 108th Explorers Club Annual Dinner in New York City this past Saturday. Others include hog mask, scorpions and jellyfish. I think Neatorama has taken a bizarre turn lately--toward animal mutilation and mistreatment posts that do not denounce the practices depicted. Hmmm... I must re-evaluate its placement in my bookmarks, as I did with Listverse, after the author announced his promotion of Korean dishes that feature live entrees... very unfortunate....
