What exactly is "ap flour"? I see that is in the recipe at least twice and I have never seen that before. Also, how much butter is "one stick" in metric?

@Rainbow -- I don't know what "ap flour" is. I suspect that it's a misspelling.

A stick of butter is equal to one cup, which is about 237 milliliters.

ap = All-purpose, as in all-purpose flour.
