Take this double .45-caliber handgun to the range to attract great scorn and admiration simultaneously. To commemorate the one hundredth anniversary of John Moses Browning's model 1911, Italian gunmaker Arsenal Firearms produced a functional movie prop. Watch a video of it at the link.

There's actually no compelling benefit here. There are more powerful pistols that are more accurate and reliable. This just looks cartoonish. They glued two 1911s together. A beautiful design is turned fat.
If you just want a more awesome and powerful weapon that is not concealable, get a shotgun.

Several of the gunbloggers that I read think that the gun is impractical, but would really like to own one.
FYI, I own two side by side 12ga shotguns, and while pulling both triggers at the same time may not be pleasant or practical, the guns are designed with the ability to do just that.
While I find the subject of the article interesting, I suspect such a gun is a novelty at best.
Double barreled shotguns don't fire out of both barrels at the same time. They fire one round at a time.
Slab's right - did seem porno-ish.
