Two-year-old Alida Knobloch has a rare lung disorder that requires her to lug around an oxygen tank - a hard thing to do when you're only a tiny toddler.
Enter her knight in shining armor, or in this case, kind of like a sherpa with fuzzy fur: Mr. Gibbs, a pup that now follows Alida everywhere she goes, carrying her oxygen tank.
When Mr. Gibbs is put in the red service animal vest, which has pockets on either side for small oxygen tanks, he follows Alida everywhere, providing a lifeline between her and the supply of air she needs to breathe properly.
