Worf, the Chief of Security on the TV series Star Trek: The Next Generation, always had an opinion, but no one ever agreed with him. Why? On the surface, it appeared to be because of his warlike Klingon temper. However, I believe his frustration was a simple way to introduce explanations of other character's motivations.
