Have You Seen This Show?

I think the show started out pretty good, and over time, they've had some good episodes but most of them were just kinda average.
The newest season wasn't as strong as the first one, so I'm not really surprised that it was put on hiatus. Either way, I hope that it comes back and maybe it'll encourage the writers to make better episodes so that everyone involved can keep their jobs.

It started good then fell off quick. I didn't know it was still on. I like everyone except Chevy Chase. I don't know if I just don't get his brand of comdey but I've always found him more annoying than funny.

Call me if they ever cancel Jeoparody

This is my all-time favorite sitcom. I'll spare you the hyperbole.

Great, smart, funny. Not Two and a Half Men funny, but Thank God! NBC decides that since it isn't beating The Big Bang Theory, they will shelve it. In favor of what you might ask. Well NBC just comissioned a pilot that is a remake of the Munsters. Yeah, that ought to do it....

The best comedy on tv. I can see that many people would have a difficult time with it because it isn't full of rehashed nerd or fat jokes. Season 2 was genius. Both season finally paintball episodes were amazing.

Never heard of it. Never even saw its name in the guide.

Used to watch it but it's really become hit and miss. They certainly have some good jokes but the story lines were just getting dumb. Stopped watching it last year, then gave it another chance, and quit it again. How I Met Your Mother needs to be shelved too. It used to be super funny, but I think it's just gone on too long now.

I agree that it started off promising and fell off quickly. I haven't watched it in a long time, but I wish fans of the show luck. It sucks to lose a favorite show to cancellation.

Noooo! 6 seasons and a movie!

Meh. Sampled it when it started, didn't care for it. But I sympathize with those who like it, since I've seen programs I really like canceled too. The ratings system based on profit and loss is flawed. Any ideas on how to fix it?

i didnt really get into until about midway through the 1st season. one of my favorites so far was the one with the 6 different universes.

Saw a few episodes and liked it enough, but never enough to dedicate 22 whole minutes of my life to it every week.

Notice a trend? Folks liked early shows but not later shows -- same story as The Office. The UK version of The Office ran for 12 episodes then done; the US version redid most elements from those shows to great fanfare, then it turned into The Jim And Pam Show and people stopped caring.

Maybe we should just get used to ten to twenty good shows from any idea before it's same old boredom and hey, stop while you're ahead?
