??“??”?? Chinese "Space" School
?? | ?? China | School

If ?? (space) hadn't been put in quotation marks, I'd probably have guessed it to be more along the lines of "National Space and Aviation Academy".

However, because of those quotation marks, without being able to see all of the text, the actual meaning is a bit unclear.
