The miniature-effect is not due to that coin, but due to the blurred parts in the picture. Otherwise it will just look like a giant coin besides a normal looking vespa.

They sold a giant big coin and will sell again if demand is high enough. Currently they do not have any coins for sale.

What costs more? The coin, or the tilt-shift lens for the camera? I guess you can obtain the visual look in post production also.
