10 Reasons Bear Week Would Be Better - Neatorama

Shark Week is cool, but I've always thought that having a yearly shark week seemed a little silly -after all, how much more are you really going to learn from one year to the next? College Humor has 10 reasons why having Bear Week would be much better than Shark Week.

I can't help but agree that it would be nice to see another predator get the attention, but what do you guys think?

It's Shark Week every year, so I agree that some variety would be nice. Not that sharks aren't interesting creatures. But are we really getting that much new shark footage every year, or are we showing the same shark shows over and over?

I signed the petition. I want to see Bear Week sooo bad after reading that article :D There's nothing wrong with sharks, its just that this article makes a lot of good points about why bears are scarier and should have their own week. Good stuff

Why not have a predator week ?
7 days of vicious man eating animals - a different one each day -would be better to have more variety
