Cutting Edge Fashion by Iris Van Herpen

Iris Van Herpen, a cutting edge fashion designer, takes cutting edge very literally with this fantastic (or shall we say sharp?) dress that seems to have come straight from the future: Link - via Yatzer

Generally I don't pay much attention to high fashion, but I really like the outfit in the picture. It reminds me of a rough sketch or an architectural drawing.

Also, it doesn't need to be wearable if it's considered art rather than clothing, since most people agree that art doesn't need to be practical.

I'm sorry I've got to say something about the comments here.

Awesome, well you are less than awesome with that kind of comment. Fashion extremes are then watered down to be marketable. Get it?

Vonskippy, 'realer and realer', wtf is that in the real world? Grammer! Grammer! Learn about it!

Ray, I bet a thousand quid you're an ugly duckling & hate the world.

Ray, you must admit that's really bad hair. Darth Vader helmet bad.

Kinda funny how everybody from the future is pouty. Not at all like the commercials where people are happy wearing their comfortable outfits.

@tipple

What part of real-er don't you get?

English is such a hodgepodge illogical language I have no qualms about making up words, after all, you guys have lifted plenty of words from my native language, just think of this as a free advance.
