This really makes me appreciate the fact that although Neil Gaiman's talents are many and splendid, singing is not at the top of the list :o)

Ah! Ah! The band playing with him is one of my favorites, The Brass Messengers. They are just lovely and fun, and I highly recommend their live shows.
