Were once a single sheet of paper? Are they not now a single sheet of paper still? I thought that was the point of origami.

I don't think this would be street legal in the US, I think at least in most states windshield and proper bumpers are required (bumpers I know vary, not sure about the windshield - I actually think those wheel wells would be an issue some places too, though that's rarely enforced). Kind of surprised he could get away with it in the UK.
