I'm pretty sure this isn't a drawing. I think it is polymer clay and other miniature materials. I could be wrong though. It is beautiful.

@Lucky - I think it is clay as well. That is why I thought it looked like a View Master frame.
The artist also mentioned the dimensions of the table.
