Photographer Natsumi Hayashi takes portraits of herself levitating. Her photos are taken around Tokyo where she waits for inspiration to strike, sets her timer and jumps into place.
"We are all surrounded by social stress as we are bound by the forces of earth's gravity," Natsumi says when asked why she took on the series. "So, I hope that people feel something like an instant release from their stressful days by seeing my levitation photos."

Her levitations look like jumps, leaps, hops, and balancing on a vertical Lucite pole with legs akimbo.
On the Blue Ridge Parkway last year, we stopped to let the poor car cool down after a steep descent. We watched a group of 4-5 people try to take a "jump in the air" picture for at least 15 minutes while we were there. They were still at it when we left.
If she wants to look like she's levitating, she should try to look less like she's jumping.
I created it a while back but it never caught on beyond close friends, so everyone should submit their jump shots and make it cooler thanks.
