HMS Invincible of the Royal Navy (UK) served Britain starting in 1980, including combat action during the Falkland Islands War. The ship was taken out of service in 2005. Her successor among the Queen Elizabeth-class carriers is currently under construction. In the meantime, you can buy this used carrier at the UK government's property disposal auction website. Once we ruled the seas. Now we can barely patrol our own coast.
oh wait, we have no money.....perhaps we can ask enzed for some mones?
@Egbert, read it again. She was taken out of service in 2005, you can't blame the current government for that. That was new labour. At least this way the nation gets something back. Labour's plan was to lay her up somewhere to rot doing nothing for the nation at all, at least selling her off even as scrap will put something back in the defence budget. Do try to keep up.
Oh well, I suppose the site seers will have dispersed in a few days.
