Do you really think it's that big of a deal? I mean... people accidentally let their words get ahead of them all the time. I don't think it shows any bias or prejudice on the newscasters part in the slightest!
I live by the rule that you base your opinion on what somebody means, not on what they say. We all say things the wrong way. If you give someone the chance to clarify what they meant, 99% of the time unexpected disagreements are just misundrstandings.

Look no news gaffe will ever top 'Keep fucking that chicken', so newscasters just might as well stop making gaffes now. The competition is officially over for all time.
If anyone looked at the link I provided, you would have read about the segment that was on prior to them going to break. Then you would understand her gaffe.
