Epic Meal Time created the Angry French Canadian. It's a sandwich consisting of bacon, hotdogs, poutine, and eggs, drenched in maple syrup and resting on a baguette.

Aside from the hotdog it seems kinda like a monster mcgriddle. French toast, bacon, potato, cheese, syrup... Though I'm sure it tastes infinitely better... well, again, aside from the hotdog :)
