Making Mealtime Fun for Fussy Eaters

yeah. until they get bored. i was a fussy eater as a child and i was an asshole for it. my mother always told me about the poor kids who would eat anything their parents gave them. instead of buying fancy utensils for the brats to play with while they eat we shouldn't spoil them so much, keeping them more active and thus more hungry. then they'll eat their goddamn food.

the best remedy for this sort of behavior isn't to appease or cater to the child. it's this kind of pandering that's populated the country with the new breed of narcissists. if your kid doesn't want to eat, so be it, he's not going to starve.

Yeah, Max, maybe I should let my kids eat nothing but Captain Crunch and skittles because that's what they'd eat if they listened to their bodies.

You could at least consider the possibility that if your offspring eats nothing but Captain Crunch, they aren't hungry, you stupid pig. :)
