Actually now that I look it's probably a quadruple, hence the size of the chimney. Two fireplaces downstairs and two upstairs.

Judging from the windows in it it's a double fireplace and probably normally sized inside, but the chimney is indeed huge.

Frankly my dear Watson you'r wrong. i see multiple trees and bushes.
Maybe the B/W photo and the missing leaf makes the trees invisible to you, some kind of wierd/neat colorblindness maybe?
