Hidden Image on Iron Fence

Looks like they have wrapped the beams (?) in some kind of a photo-foil (see in pic one the last seven beams - those white things between the beams - are they paper? and then beam 5 (counting from the right)misses some of the foil below. It looks like someone ripped off a foil or paper...)
What do you think?

Ghostly appearance. Neat. The kind of art that lots of people only will see unconsciously- Like they will walk past it, see the face for one moment and then when they realise they saw something, they will look back to see it again but they cannot find it anymore because they have moved away from the only correct point of view for the picture to be seen.

And if they put up several of those same pic's, people really could start to believe4 they are going mad because they see things that they cannot find back to see again. :lol:
