Jimi Hendrix Typography

Artist Kuba Czerniak created this typographical portrait of Jimi Hendrix that is composed of a quotation by Hendrix:

When I was a little boy, I believed that if you put a tooth under your pillow, a fairy would come in the night and take away the tooth and leave a dime. Now, I believed in myself more than anything.

Gladeye.

Not really, the haight ashbury psychedelic posters of the period are visually way more complex yet are perfectly legible.

This is significantly less complex but thoroughly illegible.

The letters obey no internal logic, resulting in a fractured assemblage and no legibility.

It looks a lot like a font called Fillmore (refering to the psychedelic Fillmore auditorium concert posters of the sixties) which has been around for years. If it's illegible to you pol, then it wasn't intended for you to read.
