In theory, it might be possible to actually fill a row-- build up a level surface in the bottom half and then play tetris as normal on the top. I wonder if the game would recognize it...
You can get rows, it's just really hard because the pieces don't snap into place. I used a send-key command of varying milliseconds for left and right arrow. Don't expect to get more than a couple rows though. For the bouncing just don't use the down arrow or mess up.
