Scott Meets Family Circus

Scott Meets Family Circus is comedian Scott Gairdner's skewering of Bill Keane's sentimental comic Family Circus. Gairdner is not amused by the comic's puns and childish musings. Content warning: some NSFW language.

A word of caution to Mr. Gairdner: the lawyers for King Features Syndicate have a history of combating unauthorized use of copyrighted Family Circus artwork. Whether or not Gairdner could win a case based on fair use as parody (and while there's reason to believe he could, it's also quite possible he could not, based on the prominence of Keane's original artwork in his parodies), any litigation could get very expensive for him. To get an idea of King Features' propensity for going after small-time parodists, google "Dysfunctional Family Circus," or find its Wikipedia page.

Amusing, but not great. "DFC" was better.

As for the copyright issue, I agree with tb23. Sadly and typically, it is the cost of litigation that is generally the downfall of the parodist.

(It may also be noted that the cost of litigation tends to obscure the rights and protections that copyright law provides in other ways. Off topic, but interestingly, there are works that have technically fallen from copyright protection but are owned by large corporations that demand royalties for what should be fair and unrestricted use. Few have the resources to challenge these corporation's claims. The cost to pay for these royalties of non-copyrighted works is passed on to the consumer.)

There are also some here: http://www.etraininglog.com/images/RandomCrap/fc/ and up one level from that dir there are some with "fc_" that are in the same vein - although done some time ago.
