It is actually a Taiwanese media outlet... well, the corporation is based in Hong Kong, but this is a sister branch in Taiwan, and the narration is in Mandarin instead of Cantonese.
This is so funny though haha.

I wondered about the narration. For a minute I assumed it was Cantonese, then thought I recognized some Mandarin words, so I used the word "language" instead of either.
