I agree with Katthe7th about the restraints. If a toddler is able to move THAT much in the car seat, he is not properly restrained. Also, it looks like he's wearing a thick jacket. I find it much easier to put my son's jacket on when I get him out of the seat than deal with the bulkiness of buckling him in with a winter coat. It's also safer.
Safety concerns aside, that is adorable. I play "mullet-rock" in my car and my son taps his toes and shakes his hands with the beat. And if it's a song he doesn't like, he starts whining. Such a critic! PS, he's going to be 2 in late January.
