Ahhh I remember seeing this a while back...Sam the Seagull is a regular and the shop owner said that it wasn't much of a bother, except that the seagull hadn't yet learned to put his trash in the rubbish bin. The workers all found it cute, and people came to the shop just to see him, so I can't imagine he's a net loss for stealing his baggie of crisps :P

Is that seagull still alive today? [grin]

Does nobody realize - Doritos are just the gateway snack for these birds. Nobody will be laughing when he moves up to Ho Ho's and starts purse snatching from old ladies to get his Twinkie fix. Oh, there will be a price to pay, mark my words!

when I worked at a major theme park in orlando, we had a squirrel that would come into my store every day and steal a bag of peanut m&m's. i don't know how many times we had to damage out those things!

Thank god he didn't use a gun, it's only a misdemeanor :]

I believe customers were paying for the daily Dorito theft, so the store-owner wasn't losing any money.
