I think it's creative and nice to look at. Not blocking the steps at all! I think it's great to have something nice to look at while traversing the steps to or from work. Love it!

It is totally retarded. Nothing wrong with flower beds, but to block some expensive steps is just stupid.

They should have green spaces like this wherever they can put them. Green is GOOD. I like the design.
