The 2016 Olympic summer games will be held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The 2012 games will be in London, England. Since the first modern Olympics in 1896, 22 cities have hosted the summer games, some more than once. Can you name all those cities in five minutes? I'm from/live in Chicago, and we didn't want it anyway; the mayor did, but no one I know did. The schools, communities, and public transportation system need that money we would have thrown at it more.

Well, Obama did try and should get props for that. I'm sure that if he didn't try he'd get flack from that too.

So Chicago didn't get it. Pres. Obama expended political capital for nothing. apparently Chicago wasn't even in second place.
