Paintball Art

The Colombian Pop artist Bon Yurt created an enormous portrait of Marilyn Monroe using paintball equipment. It's modeled after Andy Warhol's depiction of the actress. The final seconds of the above video show a time elapsed version of its creation.

UPDATE: Apparently 'Bon Yurt' is actually a yogurt brand marketed in Colombia. So I'm not really sure who is responsible for this thing. Maybe it's an attempt at viral marketing. Thanks, Spanish-speaking commentors.

Well, I'm colombian and this kind of art was awesome, but Bon Yurt isn't an artist, is a yogurt brand very popular in Colombia. Bon Yurt is a product that contains yogurt (kumis) and Kellog's cereals: Zucaritas (Froasted Flakes), Froot Loops, Corn Flakes or Chococrispis (Cocoa Krispis).

Bon Yurt is a trademark of Alpina, one of the most popular brands in Colombia

For crying out loud, people, Bon Yurt is a Colombian yogurt brand done by Alpina! Check your facts before you state things like that... Even the website makes it clear.

Well, Felipe, the page is in Spanish, which I can't read. Google Translator couldn't translate the page because all of the text was in image format. I factchecked for fifteen minutes before publishing the post, and found at least a dozen secondary sources identifying Bon Yurt as a person. In short, I did all of the due diligence for an entertainment website and for the time alloted for the task.

Sorry, John, I didn't wanted to sound like a douche... the info is wrong, though, couldn't you alter it so people reposting this would get the proper info? (I know this isn't an important thing but I guess that this is so blatantly wrong to Colombians that it burns my eyes to see people ask about Bon Yurt's ouvre :P)

Check this, the Terms and Conditions page is translatable!
