Sometimes the best idea are the simplest! Marc of Wooster Collective posted this "carrot tree" in Antwerp, Belgium.
Sadly, no other detail is forthcoming - does anyone know what this is all about? A viral campaign to make people eat their carrots? Link
Would look a bit silly in the winter, though, so I've got a while.

We had a carrot-based flash mob here in Halifax, Canada. We went to all the grocery stores in town and bought as many carrots as we could. Most of it went to a homeless shelter, though they stopped accepting carrots after the first ton or so. I know I ended up having carrot soup for weeks!
