My all time favourite grilled cheese sandwich consists of a whole wheat bread (freshly baked), a fried egg, two slices of tomatoes, a little ketchup, a large dollop of Colman's Mustard (so hot!), basil leaves and some freshly ground pepper with a pinch of salt. Throw that in a griller for until the cheese is oozy and gooey. Grab a cold drink and enjoy!
