Crossover Flywheel for Training Ice Hockey Players

[YouTube - Link]
Andy Blaylock invented a device to help ice hockey players in honing their skill level for a specific skating maneuver, the crossover.  It's probably an impractical device, but it's certainly innovative. (The news reporter is awesomely over-the-top).

Not quite infotainment, but more like infotorment.

Althought the device could reap quite a bit of money at local fairs, if they would charge customers to throw baseballs at the skater.

I love Eric Perkins...He is the only reason I watch local news in the Twin Cities. He is a big kid. He does a Perk at Play segment where he usually gets his ass handed to him by High School Athletes. He is a big kid and a blast to watch.

I'm never a huge fan of local news, and especially fluff pieces like this, mostly because you can tell people are just biding their time until they can break into something bigger. This guy, though, really appears to love his job, and because of that, I loved the clip!

So if I said 'hockey players' would you get confused? Really? Do we need to add the 'ice'.

Do you get confused if I say Toronto, Ontario? Do we need to add the Canada. Would someone get confused and think there was a new state of Ontario somewhere up behind Iowa?
