This isn't really tilt shift, just a depth of field reducer. Tilt shift lenses and camera let you remove perspective distortion as well as shift the focal plane left-right and up-down. Fun to play with though!

I don't suppose there is a software plugin to make regular video look tilt-shift? I guess you need the special lens?
