The casket is in good condition, having some minor rust damage and a little lime sentiment that shows water once entered the outside vault, although it seems the interior never suffered water damaged.

I think the optimum time to sell such a thing has past. Less and less people even remember who the Big Bopper was. Now's the time to be selling Beatles crap.
I do find it a bit odd that they feel it necessary to dig up a coffin that's been buried half a century, move the corpse to another site, and sell the old casket. All I can say is "why?" It sounds like the family is getting financially desperate.
