World's Most Disturbing Primate

I know all animals are beautiful in a "life is beautiful, so are the creatures living it" kind of way, but this Snub-Nosed Monkey is the creepiest thing ever. The lack of lips, the slits for nostrils, it looks like a skull. Gross!

All animals are not beautiful - not even in that way. The truth about nature is that most animals die of starvation, disease or by being eaten alive. Nature is a ferocious place and many of the creatures in it are not meant to appeal to our standards. It can be however, completely fantastic to study.

Ah, what a lovely opportunity for the haters to come up with hurtful things about our fellow people.

If they lack lips, why don't we see the baby's teeth?

On behalf of the Snub-Nosed Monkey World Wide Acceptance and UpLift Association, (SNMWWAULA) and all the Golden Snub-nosed Monkeys, Moupin Golden Snub-nosed Monkeys, Qinling Golden Snub-nosed Monkeys, Hubei Golden Snub-nosed Monkeys, Black Snub-nosed Monkeys, Gray Snub-nosed Monkeys and the Tonkin Snub-nosed Langur, I would like to take this opportunity to heap acrid scorn on the preceding article.

Scorn. Scorn. Scorn.

Furthermore, the Rhinopithecines in question would like it known that they find nothing quite as disgusting as all your big noses, your snot hankies and you constant sniffling every time you go out on winter days.
