This is just sad...first the parents let their kid get this big (sorry if there is a medical condition) and then they make a video of him and post it to Youtube so millions of people can see it and make fun of this poor little kid. Child Protective Agency needs to be alerted!

This is the stuff of nightmares. David Lynch may have a role for that kid in one of his movies. As for him having a "medical/glandular" problem, all I can think of is Eric Cartman claiming "I'm not fat! I'm big-boned!"

Based on the way his cheeks don't move like normal cheeks should, I'm thinking it's some kind of disease/allergy. (i.e. his face is swollen)

That kid is absolutely adorable, and so what if he isn't a Gerber baby or a Shirley Temple. It was entertaining and he and his family have a video that will make them smile for years. To me, that makes it 'effin rad!

Personally, I didn't think the song was cute at all. I didn't do research on this child. All I saw was a morbidly obese child lipsynching to a song comparing someone he cares about to sugary junk food. Honestly I don't care if medications are making him reach this unhealthy weight. Those big red cheeks (and general fatness) are a side effect of anti-rejection drugs for transplant patients.

The original child that sang the cuppy cake song just passed away after a short battle with cancer. They lived next door to my aunt in Nevada. Really tragic.
