While we are on the subject of funny-looking yellow busses, how about this Topsy-Turvy bus? Created by car artist Tom Kennedy, the bus toured the US last year to “dramatically depict America’s upside down budget priorities”. Link

I'd not sure about the structural soundness of that thing, it looks like its in danger of flipping over.
