Fourth Foot Washed Ashore Near Vancouver

This is kind of creepy: authorities in British Columbia, Canada, have found a right foot wearing a sock and sneaker washed ashore near Vancouver. This foot is the fourth discovered in just less than a year:

RCMP Cpl. Nycki Basra of Richmond said on Thursday that the case is one of the strangest she has heard of.

"Well, for us, it's our first time. In my 12 years of service, this is the first time I've seen it," she said about the most recently found foot.

Police are working to trace where the foot came from, Basra said. It could be the result of a suicide, an accident, or foul play.

Seems weird to be a suicide when they're all RIGHT feet. But then it took years for a task force to even be formed over the Picton Case. We'll probably learn the answer in about 10 years.

This is just baffling. I mean, if four left feet washed up, we could assume a couple of bad dancers were thrown off a cruise ship. But four right feet? Just baffling.

This has been all over the local news. It's bizarre, to say the least.

I find it a little hard to believe, though, that these feet just came off the bodies through decomposition, as the authorities say. If that's the case, why is it four right feet? Why no left feet? Why no other body parts?

I live on Gabriola, one of the islands were a foot was found. I think if people around the world started looking in shoes washed up on their beaches, they would start to find the same things. People fall in the water, and die, rot, and fall apart. The shoe and it's cargo float away. Maybe the right ones go one way, due to their shape, and the lefts go with the current elsewhere? The colder the water, the longer it takes to rot, so it may be less likely to find them further south.
C'est la vie, or should I say- mort!

Weird...I think L and J of the Sandhills are on the right track.
There have to be bodies somewhere, or remnants of them or some other sort of trace evidence...or we can put it down to Med students do freaky things...
