Where's the elephant's other tusk?
The reason that I said poor execution was the quality of the drawing. She clearly isn't a great draftsperson. They look like childish doodles. I think this could have been so much better if drawn properly. Have you ever seen an elephant that looked like that? If you're going to spend so long rendering (often used in an attempt to hide a weak drawing) then the drawng underneath should be good.
Anyhoo Tempscrire, I could dig out stuff I was drawing a few years ago (then I was a child!) and they would be falling back on similar techniques. I adore drawing, and I love that people draw regardless of their ability. But not every drawing is fantastic. I would love to see what emjo could do if she pushed this farther!
