It's Habitrail for rednecks on this week's Neatorama and Hobotopia's Caption Monkey Game.
The funniest caption will win Meet the Laugh-Out-Loud Cats, a book by Adam "Ape Lad" Koford. If you like Adam's old timey LOLcat comics (like on his Flickr set here), then this is the book for you! It has over 250 comic panels detailing the adventures of Kitteh and Pip.
Contest rules are darned simple: place your caption in the comment section. One caption per comment, please, but you can submit as many funny ones as you can think of.
Good luck! (but if you don't win, you can still get Adam's book over at Lulu)
Update 4/17/08: Congratulations to MoonCake who won with this caption "Swiss Family Rednecks," as picked by da man Adam Koford himself.
Sorry that Was kinda obvious...
Love Netorama, thank you for all the fun that brightens up my day - daily.
red·neck (r?d'n?k') Pronunciation Key
n. Offensive Slang
Used as a disparaging term for a member of the white rural laboring class, especially in the southern United States.
nig·ger (n?g'?r) Pronunciation Key
n. Offensive Slang
Used as a disparaging term for a Black person
Now, I don't condone the use of either word. To me it shows the intelligence of the user, or lack of.
But why is one still being used, and considered ok?
And please, no one bring up Jeff Foxworthy. As I could easily just bring up the zillions of rap songs that have the n word in it.
Doesn't make using it right. And I am not one of those politically correct police.
I just think things should be equal so to speak.
Now, as for my caption:
A herd or "convoy" of motor homes rests after a long day's travel. They utilize a defensive technique known as "bunching", to avoid and discourage predators.
Caption? This needs no caption.
I'd call it "Faulty Towers"

it's scenery from a play.
"look" says Peter, "isn't it pretty"
None of the Lost boys were available or sober for comment as of going to press.
(Here in Europe trailers are not associated with 'rednecks', but with free people, gypsies, the circus, traveling merchants, and their descendants, etc. I would love to live there)
Great captions all around, guys! You made my day!
