Clearly a Photoshop job, and a bad one at that.

the light doesn't hit the cubs from the same direction that it hits the adult, obvious shop. kind of a shame. there were a couple others that also were shopped, but I guess when you're a professional photographer (I'm not so this is just an assumption) you can settle for something that will be good enough to correct later...

This looks shopped. I can tell from some of the pixels
and from seeing quite a few shops in my time.

the other photos are killer though.
