World's Tallest Man Meets World's Shortest

Just a note, but He Pingping is technically yet to recognized as the world's shortest man.Still reminds me of the meeting between Josef Boruwlaski and an Irish giant by the name of O’Brien.

'Lala', repeat after me. Bao Xishun and He Pingping are both [i]Mongolian[/i]. Are you suggesting Mongolia encompasses all of Asia?

There is nothing remarkable in that two ( admittedly very remarkable) people happen to originate from the most populous, culturally diverse, largest land mass in the world.

However -as you clumsily pointed out -yes, they'RE both from the same country and that is slightly interesting.

^You're right, of course. I became irritated with Lala because, from the tone of her(?) post it sounded as though her opinion was that all 'asians' are the same... an attitude of 'us versus theirm'.

Mongolia is a vastly different country to, say, Sri Lanka or Israel.

For crying out loud, they ARE both Asian. If they're both Mongolian, they are necessarily both Asian. Poor Lala. Geez. She was just making an observation.
